Desfile de 4 de julho em Dunwoody
Comemore o aniversário da América participando no desfile anual de 4 de julho em Dunwoody, GA, o maior desfile do Dia da Independência no estado da Geórgia!
Presented by the Dunwoody Homeowners Association and Rough Draft Atlanta, and proudly sponsored by the City of Dunwoody, Discover Dunwoody, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Dinowoody, and many more. This beloved Dunwoody holiday tradition brings the community together each year with festively decorated floats, marching bands, vintage cars, clowns, performers, and animals parading through the streets of Dunwoody. Recognized as one of the largest holiday events in the area, the parade welcomes more than 2,500 participants and attracts over 35,000 spectators annually, making it one of the most anticipated family-friendly events in Dunwoody.

Percurso do desfile:
O percurso do desfile é de aproximadamente 2,7 milhas e parte do cruzamento da Mount Vernon Road com a Jett Ferry Road às 9:00 a.m., prossegue para oeste na Mt. Vernon até Dunwoody Village, vira à direita para a Dunwoody Village Parkway, dá a volta à Parkway e entra à esquerda na Dunwoody Village. Os voluntários guiarão os participantes no desfile até ao parque de estacionamento (Post Office Side). A Área do Festival estará do lado do Walgreens em Dunwoody Village. Demora cerca de 1 hora a percorrer todo o percurso do desfile.

Os espectadores do desfile são incentivados a instalar cadeiras ao longo de Mt. Vernon e a contornar a Dunwoody Village Parkway até Dunwoody Village. Os espectadores serão impedidos de assistir ao desfile no lado leste da Jett Ferry em Mt. Vernon devido à preparação e montagem dos participantes do desfile. A visualização começará no lado oeste de Jett Ferry em Mt. Vernon.
Mt. Vernon Road, entre Jett Ferry Road e Dunwoody Village, estará encerrada das 8h30 às 11h30 [os horários são aproximados; contacte o Departamento de Polícia de Dunwoody para questões específicas sobre o encerramento de estradas e informações de trânsito].
